Profile

Swift-Cor Aerospace has served the aerospace industry for over 50 years with a comprehensive array of engineering, manufacturing and assembly services. Swift-Cor Aerospace provides OEMs worldwide with high-quality, low-cost precision CNC machined and sheet metal parts and assemblies, delivered on-time to ensure that its customers remain profitable and competitive in the demanding aerospace market.

High Quality, Low Cost

Our advanced manufacturing systems employ lean principles and six sigma problem-solving tools to enable Swift-Cor Aerospace to meet our customers’ expectations of affordability, quality, delivery and continuous improvement. We communicate directly from our CAD System to reduce turnaround time and eliminate error.


We offer both prototyping, tooling and large volume production capability using a variety of materials. Parts are delivered complete, including such additional services as assembly, plating, painting, powder coat and screen printing. Average lead-time is 2 - 5 weeks. Swift-Cor Aerospace fabricates each part using a documented process flow with a 100% final inspection.


Customers’ needs are met through long-term and short-term contracts. Quality is ensured through the use of AS9100 and ISO 9001:2000 certified systems. Costs are continuously reduced by utilizing the latest six sigma and lean manufacturing techniques.
